Returns and Withdrawal

All works are produced on demand and are therefore considered personalized. For this reason, the legal right of withdrawal does not apply. Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun.

Returns are only accepted in the event of a production defect or damage during delivery. In such cases, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and provide photographic proof of the issue. If confirmed, we will arrange either a replacement or a refund.
