1. Company Information
+ Fridge Gallery is operated by Square Meter Inc., registered in New York, USA.
+ Our gallery offers limited-edition photographic artworks, made to order.

2. Products & Availability
+ All artworks are part of limited editions; availability is subject to edition limits.
+ Each piece is numbered and signed by the artist on the back label (“void when peeled”).
+ Product care instructions are provided and should be followed to ensure longevity.

3. Orders & Payment
+ Orders are confirmed only after full payment.
+ Payment is 100% prepaid via Shopify checkout.
+ For large or custom orders, please contact us directly to arrange details.

4. Production & Delivery
+ Typical production and preparation: 1–2 weeks.
+ Delivery times depend on destination and carrier; we aim to meet estimates but delays may occur.
+ All shipments include tracking information.

5. Defects, Damages & Proofs
+ Inspect artwork upon delivery.
+ Any damages or issues must be reported within 3 days.
+ Reference the CVG for procedures regarding defects and liability limitations.
+ We follow best practices from our production partners to ensure high-quality delivery.

6. Trade / Wholesale
+ Trade customers may receive 15% discount on orders over $10,000.
+ Custom and exclusive projects can be arranged upon request.
+ Additional terms may be offered in writing for bespoke agreements.

7. Liability & Returns
+ Artworks are non-returnable except in case of proven defect.
+ Responsibility for damages, loss, or improper handling is limited according to our CVG and production partner policies.
+ “Typical” production times are approximate and not guaranteed.

8. Intellectual Property
+ All artworks remain the intellectual property of the artist.
+ Customers receive ownership of the physical artwork but not reproduction rights.

9. Governing Law
+ Terms are governed by US law for online customer relations.
+ For French clients, applicable French regulations regarding production and liability also apply.
